Global Design Project #049 | Colour Challenge with Thoughtful Branches

When I saw the color combination in this week's Global Design Project, I was really inspired. What a pretty color combination! I like Flirty Flamingo but haven't used it for a while. Well, it's time to get inky with Flirty Flamingo.

I chose Thoughtful Branches stamp set for the challenge. This stamp set and its coordinating dies are only available until the end of this month or the supplies last. Why not using as much as possible.

I created background paper by stamping on Whisper White cardstock and stamped a sentiment. Then I die cut the sentiment out with Layering Circles Dies. Cut scallop out of Pear Pizzazz cardstock with the scallop die which is slightly bigger than the circle. You can do this with Layering Circles Dies. That's why they're called Layering !! Put the layered circle and scallop onto where you cut the sentiment out then you can create this look.
I matted Daffodil Delight and Pear Pizzazz cardstock on Flirty Flamingo base like this. I thought it looks more interesting in this way.
