I'm really excited with taking a part in Crazy Crafters Blot Hop April. Firstly, this is my first time to join the Monthly Blog Hop. Secondly we are CASEing Dawn Griffith !
Her You Tube was one of my first card making You Tube videos I found. I got really intrigued by the sound of her opening and closing Stampin'Up! ink pad and how smoothly she did. Since then I started following her blog and videos. I thought one day I might make the cool ink pad sound like her in front of my customers. A few years later, I truly did.
So you know how nervous and excited I am now.
CASEing Dawn's card was no problem. I love all her cards so choosing what to CASE was the hardest decision. I couldn't make up my mind so I just decided to CASE her latest card that I saw.
This is Dawn's card I CASEd.
I used the same colour combination but used Blackberry Bliss as a base. Sentiment is from Number of Years set. I was going to use the same sentiment but it didn't fit properly next to the flower image.
I stamped the sentiment and punched out with Extra Large Oval Punch. I don't have the background stamp she used nor the flower stamp so used Work of Art as background and my favourite Birthday Blooms stamp set.
Wink of Stella all over the flower.
My CASEing Dawn card ! Love it !
