Mojo Monday#452-Party Pop-Up Thinlits with Copper and Peekaboo Peach

This is the sketch for this week's Mojo Monday Sketch Challenge. 

I found the square on the right top corner was challenging. I couldn't come up with what to put there for a while.  Eventually I decided to use a square just like the sketch.  

I heat embossed "HAVE A" with new Stampin' Emboss Powder, Copper and used Copper Metallic Thread, too.  The speckles on the square is a stamp from Painter's Palette set. Stamped with VersaMark.

The "HAVE A" stamp is from my current favorite sentiment set, Thoughtful Banners. This sentiment set has everything you need for every occasion you can think of. The size of each stamp is perfect for cards as well as Project Life pages.

For the vertical line in the sketch, I used one of Washi Tape from Playful Palette Designer Washi Tape. I attached Washi on the Very Vanilla cardstock to it's not see through.

Sponged die cut so it shows better.  This Thinlits is originally to make a Pop-Up card but I just cut it out and used as a diecut word. I like the way it looks on the card front.

  

I used my old SU circle die. 

I pretty much followed exactly the sketch this week.

Have a Fun Birthday- Foxy Friends Mojo Monday Sketch Challenge 451

I haven't played with Mojo Monday Sketch Challenge for a while. And I started missing using sketches.  This is the sketch for the week. 

I used Foxy Friends stamp set and coordinated DSP, A Little Foxy. I created a cat. It's got a shimmery nose.

Foxy Friends set has 29 photopolymer stamps and you can make foxes, racoons, wolves, squirrels, rabbits, deer and even the forest. This is a Two-Step stamping set. That means you can create many different cute animals in the colors you want.  

                               

                     A Little Foxy DSP pack: 48 sheets, 4 each o 12 double-sided designs. 6"x6" 

Coordinateing colors:Basic Black, Calypso Coral, Pool Party, Smoky Slate, Whisper White

For the sentiment I used Thoughtful Banners stamp set.

This stamp set has lots of words to build sentiments to suite every occasion. 

I changed the circle panel in the sketch to the square just because I wanted to use new Layering Squares Framelits Dies.  This cute birthday card is for my teenage niece. I hope she will like it.

Mojo Monday Sketch #446-Mother's Day Card

When I saw this week's Mojo Monday sketch, I thought I know a perfect stamp to make scallops!! It's  a sliced lemon stamp from A Nice Cuppa stamp set. 

I needed to make a Mother's Day card so this stamps set was perfect! Instead of clustered stars in the sketch, I put tea bag die cuts, steam heart die cuts and a die cut tea spoon. I like to change sketch a bit and use my imagination to replace some parts in the sketch.

Wink of Stella on lemons.
