Happy Birthday with Lots of Balloons

Today's card is a really happy "birthday" card. 

I haven't used A Little Foxy DSP for a while. Now I don't know why because this paper stack is really cute! I must admit after Holiday Catalog was released last August, I got caught up with Christmas projects and right after that Occasions Catalog and Sale-A-Bration started......I totally forgot about main catalog!! 

Well 2016-2017 Catalog will end really soon, I'd better enjoy more products from the main catalog.

I got these colors from DSP. Can't come up with my own color scheme so I often turn to the DSP pattern for the inspiration.
