Crazy Crafters Team Project Highlight- Star of Light for non-Christmas card

For this week's Crazy Crafters Team Project Hightlight I chose Star of Light Stamp set and Starlight Dies to work with- well at first.

I made a stencil with one of Starlight Thinlits Dies.
Then colored with a Sponge Brayer.

Then stamped a big star from Star of Light stamp set. I was going to use this paper as my background. BUT....
I experimented color combination and patterns on Whisper White scrap paper and realized that scrap looks really nice! So I decided to use the scrap for my project instead of my original background paper I specifically made for this project. Well I'll use it for other project later.

Anyway, so this is my card out of test stamping scrap paper.

This is my  submission to Crazy Crafters Team Project Hightlight.

    1. Thanks,Jessie. I probably should have used Window sheet to make the stencil .

  3. Thank you for your comment, Kim. Please do try. I had great fun stenciling! I think Window Sheet will be better than Vellum, though.
