Welcome to Crazy Crafters Blog Hop !! Our special guest for this month is Tracy May. She has so many beautiful designs and as usual to chose what to CASE was the hardest thing.
After admiring a lot of fantastic projects of hers, I picked up this card to CASE.
I wanted to stick with her colors, which are Watermelon Wonder, Blushing Bride and Pool Party. I don't have the same embossing folder that she used so I used one of Floral Affection Embossing Folders a couple of time. Most of the panel will be covered so it doesn't matter even it looks bit strange at this stage.
Instead of using sliver glimmer strip on the right side of Whisper White panel, I used copper dotted washi from Affectionately Yours Designer Wahi. Now you know that I'm using Affectionately Yours Suite.
Whisper White panel must be different size from Tracy's original design or maybe my base card is different because it looks different proportion. To make it more balanced, I needed something going on horizontally. And I added embossed Watermelon Wonder strip under the Pool Party panel. I used the other embossing holder of Floral Affection Embossing Folders. Woooo I like it !!!
Copper embossed little flowers instead of Rhinestone Basic Jewels. For the stamp set, of course I used Love & Affection ! This stamp set isn't 2 step stamp and I wanted to keep the color combo so I stamped a little flower and leaf stamp inside of the bigger outline flower stamp with Blushing Bride. The flower center is stamped with Watermelon Wonder.
The sentiment is from Mixed Borders.
This is my CASE of Tracy May. I hope she likes it because I'm very happy with how it turns out.
